Having a stylishly decorated property increases its chances of being rented, and I can help you make the most of it, without having to spend too much money.

How does it work?

During an on-site appointment, or a phone call, I'll guide you in determining a decorative style and atmosphere to integrate into the space. Then we'll set a not-to-exceed budget for the modifications.

Once all this has been defined, I send you, within a few days, two perspective sketches based on a photo of the room, as well as a report.

Service includes:

  o 2D plan with bird's-eye view.

  o Perspective sketches.

  o Report.
